Why the Enneagram?

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
 –C.G. Jung

The Enneagram is a tool for personal, professional, spiritual and collective transformation. It is a map of the human personality. It’s a tool for navigating this human experience. The Enneagram creates awareness of what motivates us and how we look at everything - and provides common language so that we can discuss it. The Enneagram is a mirror - we need help seeing ourselves. Through the Enneagram we find our path to break free of old patterns, creating fresh and creative ways to respond to opportunities in our lives.

The Enneagram is my power tool.

You may already have Enneagram knowledge, or this may be the first time you’ve heard of it. Either way we are going to start with the basics.

Just like the first time you were handed a power tool, we will go over safety precautions, what it can and cannot be used for, know its basic parts, and then learn to apply it on low speed, gradually working up to its full power in service of your full potential.

I promise, you will both love and hate this tool! Getting to truly know ourselves, our internal motivations (and resistance) is not for the faint of heart - because you can never really know yourself without going through the shadows.

I’ve got the headlamps, candles, and can navigate by the stars.

Let’s go together!

Enneagram Wheel Nine Types

The Enneagram is a personality or maybe said as a character  system that presents a useful map for understanding ourselves, the important people in our life, and the groups we work with.

It describes nine ways of processing and responding to the world– a full spectrum of personality styles. We view the world through lenses which either bring great clarity or various degrees of distortion to our actions, thought patterns and relationships. The Enneagram enables us to look at our lenses (as well as other's) instead of just looking through them.
