As a professional, certified life coach my practice is built on the idea that personal development is professional and spiritual development.
Our motivations, avoidances, fears, and gifts are with us when we are parenting, coupling, working, collaborating and playing.
My coaching approach is grounded in a belief that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole - with specific gifts and challenges.
I bring together the principles of Co-Active coaching, the wisdom of the Enneagram, and the finesse of Mental Fitness - along with a mature perspective that respects things as they are yet dreams big with my clients.

This part always reminds me a bit of speed daiting. I’ll tell you about coaching with me. You’ll share about your motivation for seeking coaching. We’ll talk about what you can expect and what kind of package might meet your needs.

2. Choose a Package
After our initial discussion you decide on moving forward, commit to a package, and then complete a short flurry of paperwork and questionnaires - all designed to set you up for success. .

3. Attend Your First Session
Generally, first session are on Zoom, for 90 minutes (subsequent sessions: 60 minutes, phone or Zoom) We’ll use this extra time to set goals, discuss best practices for a productive time together and debrief any assessment results.
